Al-Hayat Company for Soft & Mineral Drinks Production LTD (AHC) specializes in the bottling and distribution of soft drinks and mineral water. Al-Hayat Company is the exclusive PEPSICO INTERNATIONAL (PCI) franchisee in Kurdistan Region of Iraq employing a team of approximately 600 employees. AHC’s production facility is 167,000 Sq meter with a factory floor plan designed to maximize performance and efficiency in bottling processes, and to accommodate various cost-cutting measures to boost productivity and profitability. It has three production lines which can produce Five types of Packs (Glass Bottles, 2 Cans & 2 PET). These lines have been imported from Germany and France with high quality standards. In addition to the excellence of its factory operations, AHC and operates one of the largest fleets of distribution vehicles in the region, ensuring the timely delivery of its products to guarantee its continued success using two main channels for distribution – three direct sales distribution (Head-Office in Erbil, Branches in Sulaymaniyah and Dohuk) and Fourteen agency sales.
In 2006, Al-Hayat Company for Soft & Mineral Drinks Production LTD (AHC) was established in Erbil, KRG, Iraq. The Company was supervised by international consulting agencies during the buildup and launch phases of its production in 2008, to guarantee the facility’s adherence to the strict international standards of quality. Initially starting with less than 200 employees, AHC has grown to approximately 600 employees and has recently successfully been awarded by PepsiCo International with the Caleb Bradham Silver and Gold Awards for Quality Excellence.
